I went in to close a help to buy ISA and I was served by James he was very helpful. He talked me through the process and explained how the closing statement worked and how long it would take to arrive.
The new revamped store is lovely and very good with following covid rules for distancing.
Visited branch today to pay some bills .
Staff all very helpful and pleasant .
I then went to a counter to discuss internet banking & changing some accounts details. James was very helpful in advising me and sent email links to help me .

Small badly designed branch in Norwich. Overcrowded when I visited last during covid. Complained in branch and voiced my dissatisfaction in a letter to their complaints department. Responce from complaints department was to say they disagreed with me . In their opinion the branch was fit for purpose and the branches covid provision was good. I replied via email ( as they suggested) to the letter I received from them pointing out verious discrepancies.I haven't received a reply to the email i sent weeks ago.
