Used this branch (Boundary Road) to pay in cheques. The machine didn't like my cheques for some reason so saw a cashier who was very pleasant
Easiest bank to get to and park in Norwich. I never use the counter services as the machines inside do everything I need. Paying in cheques, cash or even coins is a breeze plus withdrawing money of course!
Modern facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately they have decided to close this branch on Saturdays so if you bank with Natwest and you work on weekdays, you now have no choice but to visit the city centre branch to get to a bank on Saturday. it used to be a 20 minute trip on Saturday morning but now I'm lucky if I get in and out in under 90 minutes and there is the cost of parking or public transport.
Great Bank and Staff! Its a Busy bank so a line can be expected but the staff do there best to help every customer out as quickly as possible.
Have read some review about this branch before i decided to write a comment down to see if I can help to improving your customer service in the good direction at the moment I totally agreed with the other comments about customer service so poor and never improve!
It’s 9:55am on Friday morning and just about walked out of the branch with unimpressed of the service which talked polite words but the voices and actions so opposite.
I understand that a job is stressful but it’s about the attitude and think the branch have to train all of your staffs again for your future good reputation . Regards.
