Convenient parking, friendly staff. convenience of where its located
Friendly, helpful staff. Very impressive security. Gave me money for swapping as well.
I visited here today to open an account for my teenage child to use. The 3 staff we spoke with were excellent. The lady at the counter was very polite and gave us all of the information and forms to complete . She then advised us to have the form checked by her colleague in the waiting area before submitting. Whilst she was checking our form and documents she advised another colleague had a customer not turn up so as we were there we could kindly have that appointment.
The lady who saw us and completed the process was very polite and informative. She spoke directly to my teenage child regarding the account which was really appreciated.
As a first banking experience for my child I can only say again how well it was undertaken. Thank you and I have no doubt my teenager will not be thinking of going else where and is very excited about have an account to use. Very polite , efficient and well trained staff.
Very professional staff that are able to help with all aspects of your banking and financial needs.
Beaware of staff my bank account was accused after i left the store and a huge amount of money was paid in when i queried it the day after no apology why the woman accessed my account after i left the branch dodgy they recalled the funds she paid in big mistakes
