Surely the worst Natwest Branch in UK?!?!?
One member of staff on the main desk with a large amount of people waiting. Questioned what was happening and told we can't magic people out of thin air can we. Very poor attitude, find another bank.
Been with Natwest for the last 15 or so years...Mansfield branch used to be great but since the revamp trying to get to see an actual cashier (only one) is a pain. Always busy, long waiting times. Bring back the 4 or so cashiers that used to be here...shame.
