Rude member of staff on the door, lack of communication between staff. Branch Manager is polite and helpful shame his team isn't same
Checked opening times and both online and on the door says 9am, went to town at 9am just to be shouted by staff member through the door that they dont open until 9.30am.

Wasted trip to town for me as had no time to stick around and wait 30 minutes
What is it with this bank 2 tellers on 4 walking round they do more talking at the counter than serving took 20 mins to get served bad lay out when queuing big centre structure means if you any where near that get knocked every time some one wants to walk past no one on business counter so glad we have now moved to Yorkshire Bank up the road so much more a pleasant experience 😊
Friendly and efficient staff
Had an appointment with Trish to get my ex of my mortgage. Utter attitude from the offset. Contradicted the numerous Lloyds people I'd spoken to over the last few months. She needs to get laid or something as she has some issues. Not an ounce of help from her and now they've lost a customer. Absolute Joke.
