Make you queue out in the rain for 35 minutes, while just one stands in that (big) bank waiting. The bank is well big enough for more than one, they really are the worst and I have changed banks because of just how badly managed they are now. I wish I could give no stars.
The staff are rude. And that apparently me and my brother wos having a sochal gavrings when we went and I can't be left alone as my asc and my brother can't be ether for reasons so we had no choice to go out to get monnet and some shopping so we wos waiting on a reply from where the money whent out of the bank and the staff came out complaining and being horrible.
Totally rubbish. Queuing for 15 minutes to be told can’t have more than five people in the queue. Only one person had been in.....
Diane at Natwest is a credit to the company, helped me with my finances and has a great personality making finance fun :-) absolute legend!
