I find Halifax(bulwell branch) staff poilte & professional,but the queuing is very bad.the waiting time is slow,the queue can get very long.i have gave up on many a time,and this is not ! since the out break.they have a just got very worse.the problem is the staffing,they only have one on the counter.this is why I only gave two 🌟 stars.☹️
Not the biggest branch,can be busy at times,but much better then it used to be,staff are always helpful and polite
The gentleman on the door was very polite and courteous but the cashier was just plain awful. She really wasn't pleased, or even pretended to be pleased to help me.
Staff behaviour is not good . Lake of information staff need more training. Useless branch.
Not been to this branch for a long time, but even though i had to wait (Couldn't be helped) the person i spoke to was fantastic! I wish i had remembered her name. I had to break a long term ISA and the lady got it sorted without issue. Thanks again!
