Bunch of liar's, claim to have paid your direct debits when in fact they put the money in after the cut off as they're bone ideal.
Also they've closed their car park to customers for no reason what so ever, so now you have people parking all over the street and nearly causing accidents.

Couldn't transfer money from my app as it was over the limit. Waited 5 minutes only to be told the cashier couldn't complete the transaction because I had to go in a different room? Waited another 10 minutes to which I was told actually they could complete the transaction if I had my driving licence. Absolutely shocking service.
