The telephone answering service is hopeless. I've visited the bank in Beeston twice trying to set up online banking, been made to queue for 15 mins both times only to be fobbed off. My days are very busy and I don't have like having my time wasted in this way for what should be a simple request!!!
Mortgage advisor at this branch is useless don't bother
Staff friendly, helpful and could not be more efficient and for this alone I award the five stars. The layout is the new choice of style for Nat. West and I personally hate it but the staff have dealt with the transition from traditional to modern in a professional way therefore helped me to adjust and adapt to the new styling.
Shambolic. Took forever. No idea if there's a quicker way to pay cheque in but staff ignored the queue going out the door. Will be changing banks.
The bank layout is trying to be friendly and informal. Counter service become bar table service, lack of security glass and what not. The bank's cash safe is in plain sight. When counter staff turned around to operate safe, there isn't any safety measure to stop bank "customers" from over stepping behind the counter to mess with computer and other equipment. This doesn't reflect well on NatWest reputation as a secure bank.
