Trying to get through for days on the phone. Unable to get in as shielding but no one manning phones in covid crisis.
Great difficulty at first getting through on the phone to make an appointment regarding my mother's account with them following her death. But then they did call me back the same day in the afternoon and the appointment was very helpfully arranged.
Not helpful.. waste of time... Am thinking of closing my account
down... ..customer service is appalling and unprofessional
