TSB Bank

Absolutely shocking and pathetic attitude from staff at this excuse for a bank..since the pandemic these employees have done all in their power to obstruct and make life as difficult as possible for customers.. One person behind the counter the rest out front telling people to stand in line,question after question if you dare to ask for your money in cash.. The manager needs to get staff behind counters and opening hours need to be extended not cut back,looking at the amount of overweight staff it appears moving about as little as possible is the order of the day.. I have a meeting with my local MP to discuss the above issues....

Staff never answer the phone. Spend hours trying to call. Absolutely shocking performance from this branch. Needs to change its management I think.

More staff on..they are chatting to long with some customers.

Appalling treatment. If you want to be patronised this is the bank for you. Having had a TSB account since 1992, I wanted to open a savings account. The young lass who interviewed me asked spurious questions the purpose of which she and the female asian manager refused to explain. An HSBC employee later informed me that this was for TSB to perform a credit check. Why is a credit check required for me to give TSB money??!!

Female ASIAN Manager So ignorant she got no manner how to talk to customer in this branch..... Wanted to change my account type which only takes 3minutes in total, asked her if she can help me, she said you need appointment, when I question her why would I have to come again please do it while I am here, she said she will call Police on me as I was being rude, also asked me to leave bank. I said you will Police for what? just give me appointment if you not bother doing it now(bear in mind bank was empty no other customer) Any way she asked other staff member to give me appointment, as they all were doing nothing. She came behind her and told her not to give me appointment for today or Monday. I could clearly hear her saying it as their glass is not that sound proof. When I came back home I made complaint about her, customer service rang in about hour and said if I would like to go bank as they got lots of appointment for today in that bank. However I went to different branch same day and I swear to God it only took that guy 3mintes and I was out of bank..... She did not stop there as I made complaint, I was her target. I had to get my name changed on account gave all the document same as DVLA, HALIFAX, PASSPORT SERVICES and many more. That manger refused my request as it was not registered deed poll, all the other companies and bank had no issue only her again. I just waited till my driving licence came back and took that to her and told her look Government has changed my name on legal documente what is your issue, guess what she just decided to change my name she thought I will leave the, NO WHY SHOULD I LEAVE THIS Bank, Its not your bank you are just servant in this bank nothing more!!!!
