Poor staff and slow, I registered for basic account for a month but the staff here still didn’t respond to us and treated Asians badly.
Most unprofessional staffs out of all hsbc in oxford, i absolutely dread going to that bank. The staffs like to chat amongst themselves, rather then helping anyone. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I prefer to use the Headington branch, but it closes early.
waited half an hour to answer phone the the young girl could not be botherd to look something up so she said put me on another line then hung up
Really really poor customers service, I have tried 100 times call but still no body answer my call or help. I personally think that this bank doesn’t deserve even one star! I’m such disappointed with the service. Very poor organisation!
What a difference a branch makes having been told by the Summertown Branch (Ginger haired bloke on the counter at 1040 30/06/20 who was to much of a coward to give me his name) I went to the Cornmarket branch who couldn't of been nicer from Kamar who I first spoke to and Manula who dealt with my enquiry which could of been dealt with at Summertown
