Normally a mediocre branch but having travelled 15 miles with family to open an account for my son we got told you now need to book, old dear behind the counter totally unsympathetic, not even a sorry or will see if we have space just a ‘no you need to book, we don’t have the staff’, suffice to say Nationwide clearly don’t want any new customs. Santander up the road pleased to help. Sorry Nationwide, staff training needed.
I changed to the Nationwide recently and staff were excellant and very helpful. Nothing is to much bother
