The city of Lichfield ,and I can't withdraw my money with a book , very dissatisfied
Can't pay money in, can't draw money out or have a cheque from a savings book. In fact bit of a feeble excuse for a bank and a waste of use of a building. Not particularly impressed with the staff either. Would give no stars if I could, just fail to see it's purpose in a city location.
Can't do pass books and no counter. If people wanted digital they could use internet banking at home. Completely messed up the next 2 weeks as work Monday to Friday 8:30 till 4 and can only do bank stuff on Saturday completely ruined my weekend don't go here at all!!!!!!
Visited the new branch in Lichfield with a view to opening another savings account. A young lady greeted my wife and I, took our details and directed us to a lounge type area where we would be dealt with asap.

After 30 minutes and no communication from staff we left the premises and travelled to Burton to be dealt with.
This new branch is extemely limited. I have a passbook and went in specifically to get a cheque. Not possible. There are a couple of ATMs and desks where staff can talk to you about opening new accounts or 'help to get you onto online banking'. Can't see the point of a big store with such limited facilities. Very disappointing.
