We purchased a voucher off signal one £10 for two games for 4 people. Great value for money but I wouldn't dream of paying full price for this place as lacking in atmosphere and only a few lanes.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called at 6:45 to secure a place for 2 people only to be faced with the rudest customer service ever stating they are closing 3 hours early because ‘it’s quiet’ and there’s ‘no point staying open’. But when I asked if I could book for 7 people at 8:30 (to hear the response) their reply was ‘well I’ll keep it open for 7 people’. Appalling. Worst service ever. Will definitely be speaking to someone higher. Wouldn’t waste your time.
Absolutely fantastic place, staff could not do more for our large party. The food was excellent too compared to what you normally get at these types of place. Highly recommend!

Lanes are not smooth enough since it is not waxed. But you don't need to rent a pair of bowing shoes hence.
Leave are long enough though not waxed.
Small bowling alley with only four lanes. The screens and the scoring system did not work properly, the bowling balls frequently became stuck, and there's very little choice for sizes. There are far better locations for bowling in Newcastle & Stoke.
