Opened account in branch 3 weeks ago. I was told I should receive all the necessary paperwork in 2 weeks time but after 3 weeks still haven't received anything. When I tried calling the branch number during normal working hours it transfered me to calling centre abroad who are unable to help! So annoyed!

Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism . Opened an account in person by going into the branch and 6 weeks later still hadn't recieved the necessary documentation to use it despite frequent phone calls to useless staff .. AVOID !
