Dissapointing
Why isn't this bank open Saturday's and still reduce hours is not good when some people only got time on Saturday to go to the bank
Why is Barclays still on reduced hours and why is it not open on a saturday. What about the people who work during the week and only have Saturdays to go to the bank!

Need to train the staff more. The lady cashiering 05 Feb 2018 waved my driving licence around to her colleague asking him if he had ever seen one like mine. It's an Irish Licence and obviously if the staff in Barclays Wolverhampton haven't seen it, it must not exist!! After insinuating to a crowd of people queuing behind me that it wasn't proper identification she went to get the manager. Is a valid driving licence not proper identification Barclays? It's just the insurance company I have my car with accepted it no problem. I also asked the cashier before she got my licence could she change €15.00 into sterling. The same lady told me I couldn't have the sterling into my hand, it would have to be lodged in my account. What???? Very disappointed. Could have been handled so much better. Customer service awful.
