Staff try to be helpful but room for improvement.
One star because you can't do 0 stars.
Been chasing them for 2 years and not once have they phoned as agreed. 3 further visits and get fobbed off. You can't phone direct so have to keep driving 9 miles and parking absolute disgrace!
I was so disappointed that they mistook my appointment date. I had to book a new one and they were not sorry about that.
Nice staff, nice building but the queues can be horrendous. Every time i visit it's always busy and sadly not enough cashiers available to help speed things up.
