I had a good experience today at Santander. There was no queue and the lady who saw me was very helpful and professional.
They have good social distancing and cleanliness measures in place with hand sanitizer and barriers. All the staff were also wearing masks and gloves.
I felt very safe and my visit was efficient and easy. I would definitely recommend this branch.
The new lockdown opening hours do not accommodate key essential workers and those working from home
The whole Santander team is wonderful including the phone team.

I was met near the entrance by a worker there who asked me what I needed help with. She conducted herself in a professional manner to start with and then told me that I would need to wait to be seen and so I waited. 10 minutes had passed and the worker who I was pointed in the direction of before was free, however the worker who had met me initially decided to leave her post and didn't bother telling her colleague that I was to be seen by her. I then had to wait another 10 minutes as another customer were seen before me even though it was highlighted that I had been waiting for longer! The worst experience I've had with any bank ever!
