I have nothing but praise for the Wolverhampton Branch. I went to open a bank account for my son who had just turned 11years old on the day. Damian, attended to us. And, whilst he was serving us, him and his team organised a surprise birthday cake with candles on for my son. My son was gobsmacked.
My son got his bank card the same day and everything sorted for us. This is the Futuristic Bank! They open on bank holidays, weekends and till late.
Absolutely rubbish service, rude service rep. Unbelievably poor for a financiancial services organisation - got sent an email from an 'Adam Castle' email address claiming that this was an automated response and replies would not be monitored. Traditional banks are a lot better any day.
I'm not one to leave reviews but i must say Metro Bank in Wolverhampton is well above the other established high street banks. With their friendly and proffesional staff who went above and beyond to assist me with my savings and lending needs. Highly recommended.
Wentto open account 2day kept waiting showed passport /driving licence and then told they want to do residency check I'm born here I'm British!! left demoralised feel abused and discriminated very very poor
The most rubbish bank ever. No customer service. All staff are rude and need to go and learn what proper customer service is.also don't come to this bank, because they won't open your account. They will waste 3 hours or even more of your time taking your information about your business, and eventually they will call you after a few days and tell you oh we can't open your account.
Don't waste your time with these stupid people.
