Only held a savings account here, so I didn't have regular interaction with staff, however the when I did they were always friendly and helpful and I never had any trouble with my account.
They did have one of the best interest rates for a while, however with interest rates so low now, it's hard to find a decent savings account anywhere.
Have tried calling many times however no one ever answers the phone. Im not local so hence its difficult to visit the store however my account was opened initially at this branch many years ago.
