Was threatened with the police by young lady for simply asking to be closer to another group (still maintaining more than 2metres distance obviously). Left my daughter there to play, I have now returned and have literally been sat here for almost 20 minutes without any service at all, no offering of a drink, no one even acknowledging that we are sitting here although we are the only 2 people in the whole place even though new covid rules state table service only. The only positive is how quickly the manager sorted out my refund.
Just fantastic. Nice spent time with family. Many thanks for all staff for make safety on that hard time.
First visit here, had a great time bowling with my niece. That staff were great and lanes are organised in a way with social distancing. The lane either side were not in use. Saw staff clean the touch screen and area before the next group arrived. Will be going again 👍🏽
Food was rubbish staff were rude trying to tell me to put a mask on my 2 year old! Yet they wernt wearing theres properly also stunk of tuna in there
Went during Covid times just before second lock down. There was a lot.of cleaning in between games, some.memwbers of staff cleaned better than others. There was plenty of hand gel and antibacterial wipes available. It was nice to get out with the family while feeling safe in an entertainment venue.
