Bowling today with Freddie and 3 friends was still a time of enjoyment and laughter yep more for all the staff to deal with but they did it brilliantly well done
Took my daughter and her friend to Bury Bowl last night. The kids had a terrific time as always, good value, great fun, lovely friendly atmosphere. What impressed me the most were the staff. I witnessed the same three people working non stop the whole evening. They covered the bar, restaurant, front desk, the constant cleaning and covid measures, the prize room, Lane competitions and even taking the time to sing happy birthday to customers. All of this whilst also providing excellent customer service. Bury bowl is such a lovely family venue and the staff care, its not run by a bunch of teenagers that are only there for a paycheck. With regards to Covid, I felt comfortable because the measures put in place by the staff and their constant cleaning was brilliant. We will be going back again very soon.
Had an awesome afternoon bowling at Bury bowl, very clean, safe and fun and was made to feel very welcome. Friendly staff and management really cannot wait to go again.
