I had the most amazing, patient service by Kevin at your Guildford branch yesterday. The service was outstanding and he spent a great deal of time sorting out my online banking problem. He refused to give up until all was fixed.

I went into the store and I was met with a member of staff who helped me resolve a small issue I had at the entrance of the store. They were very helpful towards me and helped me fix my issue in very little time. The store looks very nice and has very well-trained staff.
Went in to the branch as I had an issue with opening an account online & with head office. I was met at the door by a lovely member of staff who promptly spoke to the bank manager. The staff were incredibly friendly, useful and knew their stuff way better than the experience i had dealing with online. They quickly found someone who could open an account for me their and then, i didnt quite grasp the name of the individual who served me, but, she stayed half an hour after working hours to deal with me request. Thank you for the great experience and help, I look forward to a long period of banking with you.
