Staff were really rude and shows discrimination towards me even though I have both business and personal account with this branch from last 5 years, they were never helpful for what I need. Even after paying business charges every month I prefer depositing cash in local post office because staff in branch don’t treat customer very well. From past one year they restricted the use of Hsbc customers car parking area I don’t understand why. It like completely discrimination branch, Staff needs training in customer service.
I visited the branch this morning staff was very rude, they are incompetent and have no respect for the customers. Have been living in the town for many years, we never found them friendly and helpful, may be because of my colour. Would rather bank somewhere else just because of incompetent staff & not helpful.
