Really well managed and run to comply with distancing rules... Staff we're friendly and helpful. Place has a great selection of steam rooms and saunas all kept immaculately clean. Had a 45 minute back, shoulders and legs massage which was one of the best I've ever had. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing. Great value and friendly staff. Excellent facilities all round. The gym equipment is brilliant and the spa area is excellent. It’s very large so there’s a lot of space. Well worth the money.
Thank you to all the staff and Mark for re opening the Gym and Spa with all the Covid procedures in place. I have missed 5days since you reopened in July and I cannot fault your hard work to keep everybody safe. You really have done an amazing job under the circumstances. So disappointed that you have had to close but let's hope it is the last time. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HARD WORK
Spa is of a very high standard, great facilities and very clean. Massage was perfect. Afternoon tea was VERY BASIC. Would be nice to be offered a choice of what sandwiches you would like, would you like more tea or coffee etc...BUT for the price I paid £40pp for afternoon tea, 5 hours of spa and 25 min treatment it was not bad at all. But personally I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have a nicer afternoon tea. Also, my only other thing id like to mention is to have relaxing music in steam rooms (I have seen waterproof speakers in steam rooms before so it can be done) because in a couple of the rooms, especially the aromatherapy one you could just hear a banging grinding noise in the walls (must be something to do with what releases the aromatherapy I imagine)
Overall fab experience. We've already taken advantage of the bargain re book offer so will see you soon 😊
