I felt I had to share my review of this branch of nationwide Exeter.
With which I have some money. I have banked with Nationwide for 20 years or more.
The review goes to a couple of experiences I had at this bank which I will no longer use because of the attitude of certain teller staff there..
And yes before I go any further it is my opinion of what happened to me..
But in my life I have never had such rude disrespectful customer service before in my life..
And yes I put in a complaint but it turns out it was all my fault..
And to add I'm lucky to still have my money there and not sent back to me in a cheque.
I use the Newton abbot branch now it's a breath of fresh air to what happened to me at the Exeter branch.
Friendly and professional service which is the primary reason that I bank with Nationwide. Thank you to all front end staff!
