I booked a swedish massage and eye brow wax for my fiancee for her birthday. The massage was good from what I was told but the eyebrow was was disappointing as she came out with little to any difference and obvious hairs still showing. Made me wonder if she even had her eyebrows waxed at all

Good massage, friendly welcome. Lost a star because they were running behind and took their delay out of my massage time. Not a great deal of time lost, but still I was the one who lost out, even though it was their error.

Lauren did an excellent job with my massage. She was really friendly and cordial. I will definitely be booking again in the future. The spa is in a lovely historic part of Exeter, too.
