The teller asked me to remove my motorcycle helmet so she could get a clear image of me on cctv. I explained there's no point as I was wearing a hat and face covering under my helmet so it makes no difference. She said its so she can get a "clear image of me on cctv". There's very little difference between wearing a mask and beanie to helmet - either way you can't see my face.
Management didn't seem to care that I had to potentially expose myself to covid to remove a helmet for no reason other than "its company policy".
Karen Bennett is amazing. There have been lots of well known issues with TSB IT systems, and we faced some when opening up my new student account. Karen persisted with a smile and fought my corner! Glad to say everything is open and working, highly recommend the customer service here, helpful, friendly and to the point !
