If I could rate Barclays as a zero I would, the business banking charges and having to pay to use the paying in machine was the final straw in a long line of problems.
Customer service is a joke and the snarling big female assistant that greets you at the enterprise park branch is very rude and almost threatening.
Don't get ripped off take your business elsewhere.
Barclays really do take any opportunity to milk every penny out of you.
Closing times are rediclouse my partner 3 days in a row now have gone to gorseinon bank it was closed yesterday and 2 o'clock day before hoping to make today or we won't have nothing for the rest of the week what's the difference from closing at normal times?!!!!
Very poor service for business banking. You can't use the App for cheques in excess of £500, you have to physically go to a branch and hope they are open or send by post. Delays on payments. Unreal really.
The bank closes at 2! (Ive been working full time for 13 weeks)
Been banking with Barclays for 10 years. My last 5 visits to branch I have either been turned away or it’s been closed. I won’t be giving them anymore of my money. Horrific customer service.
