Very much enjoyed super bowl for my 50th birthday. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy and all the safety measures were in place.
Really enjoyed here. The social distances is good here a nice simple arrow system to follow. The staff here I found were friendly
Great place to go with friends for a fun night and enjoy some drinks.
First time at this venue.
We went on a Sunday morning before 10:00 hrs and it was only £6.00 for a family of four, for one game.
One game was enough with little ones.
Can't fault the bowling . Great fun, nice and clean area.
Downside was the price of a small lemonade from the pump, over £2.00 and I mean small. Adjust your pricing and people may spend more. If you have not been then give it a go..... Not just bowling either... Plenty going on including a soft play.
Absolutely shocking customer service, there was a hair in my food , spend £40 there on soft play and food and was only refunded £3 because of the hair in my food, shocking no apology just looked at me like it was my fault!! Also waiting 10 minutes just to have my order taken coz there aren't enough staff and if you're in the soft play you can't get out without being let out by staff which are no where to be seen!!! There should be a button high up to be able to get out .
