Been banking here for 20 years now and it's the best bank in the land.
Staff are always there to help and i get a lovely hello from lynn. Unlike the sad souls from Santander.
I used to like going in to my local Nationwide Watford but I have now boycotted the store due to a Nationwide Watford employee with blond hair and a London accent , who takes great delight in being hostile to me when I am in Nationwide Watford . 40 odd years I've been a member of Nationwide but I don't know for how much longer.
The staff that work at this branch are extremely friendly and never have i had a problem there. When I decided to bank with Nationwide it changed my life and has made me who I am today all thanks to the kind hearted staff.
Queued for 10 mins then they wouldn't accept 200 pounds cash into my son's account. Told them to look through the book I do this every month. Then they start talking about money laundering. Get a grip. Won't ever be going there again.
Why don't they provide the service customers want. Account closed.
The staff at Nationwide in Watford is super friendly, and very competent in their work. Especially I must recommend the work of Guillermo (Will), a Spanish guy who works extremely well and is very helpful.
