I had used the machine to deposit cash into my bank account and weirdly the machine retained my card... the lady who who was supoose to help me almost treated me like a criminal ...asking me for an ID card..or for any other proof...without thinking that obviously I am the owner of the card as I have access to the bank account through the app!!
After I went to the counter to let someone else deposit the money for me , I have asked for my card to be returned...they said NO! I was very surprised when i told her i think i didnt activate that new card that's why wasnt working and retained ..she wouldn't give me the chance to fix it ...now I have to go to all my standing order payments and change new details because of this unprofesisonalism ...
I also had the feeling she wanted to rush me so she can take care of other people...
Very disappointing!!! I'll close my bank account with HSBC! No benefits and not competent staff!
