Thanks to Riyan he helped me so much and explained all details so I can understand all the procedures I’ve been looking for a bank to open a account but all the find any possible reasons to not And I passed in front of metro bank and I said to my self let’s try maybe I will be lucky There I meat Riyan And he helped me in opening the bank account he explained all step by step Sort out my mobile banking and online banking He is the best Thanks Metro you’re the best !!

This bank is not really as good as you think, when you come to open a new bank account is really difficult and takes a long time. I will not go to this bank for any more - This bank is not the bank with the best service, and makes customers most tired of procedures and customer information. they don't say what customers need in a day. they let the customer come back in three days to give them information. - They are unprofessional, they need more training, they can never be equal to other banks. Thank for no help!

Came here with my son expecting a good service with kind and helpful staff instead i waited 30 dam minutes for a staff member to see me who didnt know a thing about her job or what to do. She was very rude and i had to call 2 different managers on 2 separate occasions because this incompetent lady could do her job. Im so furious at the lack of responsibility and that the staff have no idea what to do. Furthermore thier attitude and mannerisms were horrible. Conclusion go to nationwide.
