My regular port of call having given up on the terrible Hemel Hempstead town centre branch (long, slow queues and only ever one 'till' open). Whilst there are occasionally queues of more than one or two people at the Abbots Langley branch, the queues move quite fast, and when you get to the counter, the staff are friendly and efficient. Compared to the Hemel branch, this is positively a pleasant experience
Small friendly branch . Soon get to know the lovely ladies on the tills .
Absolutely lovely staff. They go above and beyond
Very pleasant staff and although it's a small branch, you can do most of what you need here. I don't normally review banks on Google but thought the first review was a little harsh (one star) bearing in mind the cashpoint is fine probably 90% of the time.
