Some staff members are very Rude, unhelpful, judgemental very disappointed with service
2 staff on it's a joke there was a queue way down the road not surprised closing all the branches
40 minutes to pay a cheque in. Machines not working to accept paying a cheque in. Currently 18 people in a queue with only one advisor. Oh and all this after the bank didn’t open until 12 noon because someone lost the keys to open up after the Bank Holiday! Thankful I’m with Lloyd’s and it’s not my bank!!!
Very helpful and friendly members of staff, especially Carolyn. Completed the work in no time. Very busy branch. Knowledgeable members of staff.
Appalling service, I had an appointment at 10am as I can only get in Saturday to open a child account. Receptionist was so rude and didn't have me in her diary even though I had confirmation. Basically made out that we are busy with mortgages and my business didn't matter. So annoyed an d now complaining to head office.
