The staff should be ashamed of themselves when my mum had to isolate I had to go the bank and shopping for her a member of staff canceled all her banking and closed her cards which meant my mum was withought money till she could go in to the branch so glad I moved her bank after this

Absolute joke of a bank. Barclay should be ashamed of the service! What type of manager is running this bank. Been coming here for years and the rubbish service has never changed. And the staff need training how to deal with customers
An absolutely appalling branch, no staff, self service machines always breaking down, recently deposited money in one of them and never credited my account nor did it give me a receipt. They had to resort to checking CCTV to see if i was telling the truth regarding my deposit !!!! Absolutely disgusting. I dread going in but unfortunately I have to and now queue for hours to make sure my money is correctly deposited
