Only recently joined TSB and bootle was assigned as my branch. The staff as a whole have always been very pleasant. One lady in particular who is the first customer contact at the door is fantastic!
I go to this branch Evey week all the staff are all friendly and polite always make you welcome
Have been with TSB for a number of years now, and find them very good, and they help you if you have any problems with your account.
Poor quality of service....seem like nationalised branch during communism time in eastern Europe
