Unbelievable! Needed a little help this week paying for some tools but then my car went on me,I needed 1k to fix and 1k for the tools, I applied then it was minuets later I got a message saying the money will be in my account in a few hours. I was in disbelieve it was in my bank an hour after applying. Excellent apr and you can make overpayments. 10 out of 10

Took a loan out 18 months ago, maintaining repayments and clearing other debts has resulted in lower monthly instalments as credit score has increased. Only had to speak to their Customer Service team once to change my payment date and the staff are really friendly! I'd recommend their services to anyone that needs a loan although saving up the money yourself is always the best option :p

Unethical customer service. No empathy. My treatment at the hands of this company has been shocking. Best advice i can give is to avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere. This company went after my credit file over the phone during covid whilst other companies gave me help via email ( some with no questions asked). The follow up to bad reviews on here is also false. Its been a week and no return call. They didn't recognise the name of the person who replied to reviews. After the experience I've had thats to be expected 👍 I cant wait to pay and be done , worst experience ever.

Very bad customer service. Took out £2000 loan for 24months but after 12months couldnt afford repayment due to Covid 19 Job loss. Very horrible experience. Dont ever think of livelend for loan. Go direct to your bank.😫

AWFUL. Applied for a loan. All done online. Signed the deal online and set a direct debit date. They sent a confirmation email saying all approved with a link to finalise the deal. The link did not work. After days and days of contact all prompted by me they admitted a system fault. They told me to apply again but a search had been added to my credit file which could affect my chances. It did, same loan £20 a month more. They refuse to communicate beyond that and will not honour the original signed agreement. I am considering contacting the FCA. Disgusting company.
