First time visit for me today for back, neck and shoulder massage. It was incredible, the room is so relaxing and beautiful to start, the table was so comfortable and I was cared for so well before and after treatment. The treatment itself was the best massage I've ever had, so detailed and really felt the release of tension in my shoulders and neck, previous massages have been so superficial in comparison to this one and I felt like it was so thorough, I will definitely be going back. Was worth every penny and I would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Urban Retreat is a very relaxing and calming place to unwind and relax. I have come to Nat several times now for mainly a back, neck and shoulder massage and recently using aromatherapy oils too. She is so thorough with getting the knots out of my back and freeing it up that I have come back time and time again, and will be sure to be booking my next appointment soon. I would highly recommend Nat and her salon.

Had without a doubt the VERY BEST Indian head massage and aromatherapy facial with this lovely lady yesterday...I left feeling super relaxed and like a heavy weight had been lifted from my head and shoulders...and my skin was super soft and glowing! I honestly can't recommend this treatment as I'm sure like the other treatments also available highly enough...we all lead such busy, stressful lives - go on you deserve it - treat yourself!!!
