Fabulous. Very understanding of all dogs including 2 I have rescued from Romania.
My girl had her first pamper spa package bath and brush after being with us 6 months, she even let the lady trim her claws.
I highly recommend them to everyone.
Cheryl is very professional and amazing at her job! My Labrador went for a mud bath to help with her moulting. The treatment was fab!!! Not only did Rosie came back smelling amazing, her fur was like silk and the shedding reduce massively! Rosie is a very timid dog when it comes to noises. Cheryl made my puppy feel very relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend her services!
After a bad experience in another groomers we discovered Samco in At Asaph....Cheryl and her staff are brilliant nothing is ever too much trouble and you know your dog is well cared for when there well done ladies ⭐⭐

My Winston hates his 6 weekly clip but Cheryl shows an amazing amount of patience with him and over time he has learnt to trust her, as do I!
All the staff here go the extra mile to offer the best service possible and the facilities are FABULOUS! I understand they have just had a revamp too which I am looking forward to seeing.
This woman never stops and loves her business almost as much as we love our fur babies and it truly shows in her passion for her work and attention to detail.
