My first time back in the Cwrtium Spa gym for a few months and lots of changes...all good! As always the staff are friendly,welcoming and helpful. Loving the new floor layout and new equipment.

The Spa is located in the grounds of a luxurious hotel and very well maintained gardens. Parking is free. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the gym facilities are very modern Matrix machines and the swimming pool is large with a gaccuzi, sauna and stream room. The massage therapy has a wide range of therapy and treatments for men and women. The locker rooms and showers are clean and comfortable. There are several areas to have either a bar snack, fine dining or high teas. Spa prices are reasonable for the area. Definitely worth a visit.
