They offered refunds back in may. Applied and would get the money within 90 days. Now we are more than 150 days, still no refund. Impossible to get in contact, I have send over 20 emails to customer service, 0 response. There is 0 communication from ultra europe, worst organisation ever!!

I've been waiting for my money since May 2020 ! Ultra Europe doesn't provides refunds after event cancelled !

No refund on the chip you had to charge with money to buy anything!! The VIP- toilets was DISGUSTING!!! The free waterstation on Ultra Europe official map was nowhere to be found!!
