For me extremely unprofessional, unreliable and not trustworthy. From the beginning to the end. He never ever kept his word, never calls when promised, never done anything he promised and never came back with the solution of the problem. By selling and investment of over 12 000 euros you have to be more professional. You, as investors will have to do 50% of the job. Arrange the digging of the hole, plus the crane, plus the concrete. I was surprised that after I arranged concrete (wich has to be used immediately) They called me 22:30 that they are still in Poland and want be there in the morning. At this point it will not be possible to cancel the arrangement. They will tell you that to cover the whole you will need 4m3 of dry concrete, and we ended up using 13m3 (consider that the whole was minimal). Bartosz never came to inspect the work done, never showed gratitude to a client and was never interested in a feedback. Overall a bunch of unprofessionals selling quite a good pools. Pity!

Pool Rio, rating5 *****! We ordered and bought the Rio pool online at Arena pools ZADAR and were very pleased! We were very pleased with the communication with the entire staff - with the owner of this company, who announces these personal professions when the delivery will take place, and on the day of delivery also professions and leads to transport (since the pools come from Poland). about the pool and the pool technique.Communication also via gmail for any question or help with the pool ... They always respond kindly! The pool was brought to us without complications.We paid the first part forward and the second part upon taking over the pool! Everything went smoothly ! We were happy with the installation. All ok. (The installers come later than the shell of the pool brought by the truck driver himself.) Satisfied with the nice pool.
