Our 11 year old son bought himself a pair of sunglasses! Back at the apartment, he realizes that one screw is missing! Back at the store they managed to «fix» it with a too big screw - which left a big crack in the frame. Unfortunately this was the last pair, so he could not have another pair. Even though the store where the responsible for the damage caused to the frame, they were not willing to give any discount nor cash back. Our son left the store crying, with broken glasses and no refund... worst shopping- experience ever!!! Recommend to find another optician!

Destroy the glasses they should fix. The glasses bought new in the same shop the day before. No replacement. Lousy customer service. Stay away!
