Old City Rooms

Old city rooms location is superb, directly in downtown Zadar, and very good to reach by Bus and Taxi/Uber.The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I had a lovely little balcony with a view to one of the rumbling small streets of downtown Zadar. The landlord was very nice and friendly, and 100% reliable. If I ever go to Zadar again (which might well happen), I would stay in old city rooms for sure!

We enjoyed our stay in the Old City Rooms very much. The rooms are perfectly located in the middle of the old town. You can reach everything you need within walking distance. The owner of the apartment runs an art shop on the ground floor and can often be found there. He is very nice and helpful and likes to give tips on what to do and what to see in and around Zadar.

Our room had three beds and a small bathroom. It was clean and could convince with its central location in the old town. The only negative point we noticed is that due to the location next to the pubs, it can be a little louder in the evening. Personally this didn't really bother me, though. The owner was very nice and gave us helpful information and recommendations for day trips.

Small, very nice room in the heart of the historical part of the city! There is everything you need to. comfortable to spend the night for a couple of nights. Very friendly owner who helped us with our requests !!!

As positive aspects I would emphasize that it is a very central place and the relation quality price is good. As a negative I would highlight two aspects: 1) the noise, it is next to bars that put the music very high on weekends, although it is not until late hours and, especially, 2) the lack of cleanliness: one of the blankets in my room It smelled like women's perfume, that is, they were not washed, the floor looked badly scrubbed and there was dust, but undoubtedly the worst was the bathroom, especially the curtain, it had so much crap that it was disgusting to shower.
