Worst service ever! Staff couldn't possible be more rude! Don't trust the change rate showed in the window: they apply a surprise extra commission (not visible anywhere) that makes it more expensive than taking your money from an ATM.

For 3 days, they deliver the shipment unsuccessfully to Brussels ('the postman has not arrived').
