They do not refund at least before / during the purchase they do not say that there is no refund but only a replacement for the EXACT amount. However, most sneakers will be damaged / worn before. I was given rehearsal sneakers that were all muddy or had scratches somewhere. The first time the staff was pleased while the second time the person working there was terribly arrogant.

She just looked outside. They seem to offer quality products. Let the customers decide.

If I could give zero I would give. Poor quality footwear, unprofessional staff, below any level. AVOID !!!!!
