They clearly advertised a product at a certain price, and then continued to charge more than the advertised price. When I complained that this is immoral and in fact illegal in all European countries, I was met with shrugs and a refusal to accept the clearly advertised price. Rude staff, bad practices and rampant overcharging.
Oh, and they short-changed me. Remarkable for a post-office/bank.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In most countries their practices would be considered criminal. Daylight robbery.
