This is a THIEVES STORE and their policy of absolutely refusing any replacement of inappropriate goods you have bought is amazing these days !!! I bought Tommy Hilfiger shoes and even though everything looked perfect in the store, the very next day after 30 minutes of walking in them I realized that they were incredibly stinging my heel .... so much so that I got a wound. If you can’t walk in shoes, they’re not of much use, so I went to Mass to see what other shoes I could trade them for. So, DO NOT RETURN (which is the same in every real store today), but REPLACE for something else (or for maybe two things, because they cost 800 kn!). The saleswoman sawed me off so professionally "that it's not possible", that I was completely consternated and left the store in disbelief! Basically, be smart and skip shopping at these BADS!

Mass stores "NEVER MORE". It is a shameful business policy of this company that if you buy the wrong number of shoes it does not want to substitute for the same product in a different color just because they do not have the right size. Simply petty and pathetic. Also, beware of the goods you buy that are bought and resold by suspicious companies from Serbia that have no right here but fictitious representative offices and all their numbers are turned off when you try to call them !!! (e.g., Corvus d.o.o.) Their executives are computer illiterate, “honor the exceptions”, but are probably therefore well-suited to blindly monitoring the shameful business of this company. Think carefully if you will ever buy something here, and as a former long-time buyer, I know that personally I will never like any of my acquaintances and friends ever at Mass! NEVER MORE !!!
